Overview
Sprinted AI is an SEO and GEO agency. We run technical search fixes, content production, and authority building, and we monitor how brands are cited by search engines and AI assistants. These terms govern your use of sprinted.ai. Where we have signed a separate engagement agreement or statement of work with you, that agreement governs the services and takes precedence over anything here that conflicts with it.
To be completed before launch: contracting entity, governing law and venue, and the liability cap. A terms page without these is not enforceable in the way you would want. Have a lawyer read this page before you rely on it.
What We Provide
Depending on the scope we agree with you, engagements may include:
- Technical auditing and remediation of your site's crawlability, indexing and structured data.
- Query and topic research, including which sources search engines and AI assistants currently cite.
- Content production and publishing against that research.
- Authority building and digital PR.
- Reporting on rankings, citations and visibility over time.
The specific deliverables, cadence and fees for your engagement are set out in your individual agreement, not on this page.
No Guarantee of Rankings or Citations
Search engines and AI assistants control their own ranking and citation systems. Those systems change without notice, are not published, and are outside our control and the control of any agency.
We therefore do not guarantee any specific ranking position, citation, traffic volume, lead volume, or revenue outcome, and no statement on this website, in a proposal, or in a conversation should be read as such a guarantee. What we commit to is the work described in your engagement, performed competently and reported honestly.
Your Responsibilities
To let us do the work, you agree to:
- Give us accurate information, and the access we need to your site, analytics and publishing tools.
- Hold the rights to any material you ask us to publish on your behalf, and review what we produce before it goes live where your engagement calls for approval.
- Not ask us to engage in deceptive practices, including manipulating reviews, misrepresenting your business, or publishing content designed to mislead.
- Pay invoices on the terms set out in your agreement.
Ownership
Content and technical deliverables we produce for you under an engagement become yours once they are paid for. Our own methods, internal tooling, research systems and templates remain ours, and nothing in an engagement transfers them to you.
Both sides agree to keep the other's non-public commercial information confidential.
