Privacy Policy
Who We Are
Sprinted AI is an SEO and GEO agency. We run technical fixes, content production, and authority building for our clients, and we monitor how brands appear in search engines and AI assistants. This policy covers sprinted.ai and the services we deliver to clients.
To be completed before launch: registered legal entity name, company number, registered address, and the governing jurisdiction for this policy. These are the only facts a privacy policy cannot be written without, and they are deliberately left blank rather than guessed.
Information We Collect
- Enquiry details. Name, email, company and anything you write in a contact form or send us by email.
- Client engagement data. For clients, the information needed to do the work — your website, the queries and topics we target for you, and the reporting we produce.
- Access you grant us. Where you connect analytics, Search Console, or a CMS so we can diagnose and publish, we access only what that grant allows, and only to deliver the engagement.
- Site analytics. Aggregate usage of sprinted.ai to understand which pages are useful.
How We Use It
- To respond to enquiries and scope potential engagements.
- To deliver the work: crawling and auditing your site, researching queries, producing and publishing content, and reporting on results.
- To measure whether our work moved anything, and to improve how we do it.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share client data with other clients.
Search Engines and AI Assistants
Part of our service involves querying public search engines and AI assistants to see which sources they cite for a topic. Those queries are about publicly visible market data — which brands and pages get surfaced. We do not submit client confidential material to third-party AI systems as part of that monitoring.
Service Providers
We rely on third parties to operate — hosting, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, and AI model providers used in our production workflow. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function, and is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments.
To be completed before launch: the actual list of sub-processors. If you serve EEA or UK clients, they are entitled to ask for it, and enterprise procurement will.
How We Protect Information
We limit access to client information to the people who need it to do the work, use reputable providers for storage and transmission, and remove access when an engagement ends.
We do not currently claim any formal security certification. If you need specific contractual security commitments, ask us and we will put them in writing rather than point at a badge.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and client engagement records for the life of the engagement plus whatever period our tax and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing — for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK, or the CCPA in California. To exercise any of these, email us at team@sprinted.ai and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
Contact and Updates
Questions about this policy, or about how we handle your information, go to team@sprinted.ai. We may update this policy as our services change; the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
